Rođen je 17. decembra 1980. godine u Nikšiću. Redovni je profesor Ekonomskog fakulteta – Univerziteta Crne Gore, za oblast Ekonomska analiza i politika, na predmetima Nacionalna ekonomija, Ekonomija Evropske unije, Zajedničko tržište i politika konkurencije EU. Zvanje diplomiranog ekonomiste stekao je 2003. godine na Ekonomskom fakultetu Univerziteta Crne Gore. Na Ekonomskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu 2007. godine, je stekao akademski stepen magistra ekonomskih nauka.
